Shubhra Pasayat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a student-focused educator and award-winning researcher. Leading the Wide-Bandgap Materials and Devices Lab, Pasayat’s research includes the design and growth of wide and ultra-wide bandgap materials such as group III (Aluminum, Gallium, Indium) nitride and oxide using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD).
